Its BPA-free, structural web plastic body is for strength and germ resistance, and its smooth surfaces facilitate cleaning. The clear window allows the contents of the bin to be easily identified, and a clasp secures the lid onto the base to protect ingredient quality. The scoop handle is stored inside the bin (under the lid) out of the ingredients, reducing the risk of cross-contamination. It measures 1.9 x 29 x 12.1 inches/4.8 x 73.7 x 30.7 cm (H x L x W) and has a capacity of 32 oz.
